LANE CLOSURES: I-220 eastbound and westbound in Caddo Parish


The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, October 8, 2018, the following I-220 eastbound and westbound intermittent lane closures from US 71 (N. Market St.) to LA 173 (Hilry Huckaby III Ave) in Caddo Parish will be in effect:

- Monday, October 8, 2018: Left eastbound lane (updating signage on overhead trusses)

- Tuesday, October 9, 2018: Left westbound lane (paving around guardrail)

- Wednesday, October 10, 2018: Left eastbound and left westbound lanes (seeding & grading, setting light poles, pavement markings)

- Thursday, October 11, 2018:
Left westbound lane (setting light poles, mowing)

- Friday, October 12, 2018: Left westbound lane (median grading, mowing)

- Saturday, October 13, 2018: Left westbound lane (median grading, mowing)

All of these lane closures are scheduled to take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and are related to the I-49 Segment K2 project currently under construction in Shreveport.

Restrictions/Permits: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
