East Baton Rouge Parish Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), in partnership with the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC), has started work on an East Baton Rouge Parish Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan. The plan will recommend a network of safe, efficient and equitable facilities that accommodate walking and bicycling for all citizens of East Baton Rouge Parish and we are looking for your input!

The Plan will assess best practices policy and programs, review current design standards for new and/or improved infrastructure, utilize data to prioritize potential projects and serve as a guide to implement a successful pedestrian and bicyclist program, focusing on the needs of the community.
