LA 44 (ASCENSION PARISH) – A lane closure will take place on LA 44 (River Rd.) northbound from LA 942 to 1 mile south of LA 942. Work will begin Monday, August 27, 2018 thru Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
The closure is necessary for ditch cleaning and maintenance.
Alternates routes are available. Motorists can detour LA 44 to LA 70 then LA 22 to LA 44.
