LA 431: Curve Realignment, Lane Closures, Ascension Parish, H.010026

Construction has begun for State Project H.010026 LA 431: Realign Curve, C/L Rumble Strips is in Ascension Parish for a length of 0.569 mile. The type of work required is clearing and grubbing, drainage structures, lime treatment, asphalt concrete pavement, and related work at a cost of $1,491,410.85.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be lane closure with flagging operation along LA 431 Saturday 25th on the Eastside lane from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. And a lane closure on Westside lane with flagging operation Sunday 26th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Work in this area consist of removal of the remainder of the detour road and milling and paving in the curve. Work on the project is expected to last approximately two days, weather permitting.
