The right lane and shoulder of I-10 eastbound from mile marker 120.9 (Lake Pelba Bridge) to mile marker 122.9 (Atchafalaya River Bridge) will be closed the night of Monday, August 27, from 8:30 p.m. until 12 a.m., weather permitting.

Additionally, the right lane and shoulder of I-10 westbound from mile marker 122.6 to mile marker 121.9 (Atchafalaya River Bridge) will be closed the night of Monday, August 27, from 11:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m., weather permitting.

This closure is to allow crews to remove the containment system used for cleaning, blasting and painting the bridge.

The exit and on ramp will be open to traffic.
