US 61 (Airline Hwy) at LA 621 Inside Turn Lane Closures

Construction has begun for State Project H.011502 US 61 Turn Lane Improvements @ LA 621. The project is in Ascension Parish for a length of 0.421 mile. The type of work required is grading, drainage structures, milling asphalt pavement, pavement patching, lime treatment, pavement widening, asphalt concrete pavement, portland cement concrete, and related work.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be full lane closures for the inside turn lanes on US 61 (at LA 621) beginning August 7th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for approximately three weeks, weather permitting. Both inside turn lanes on US 61 will be closed during these times in order for pavement construction to take place.
