UPDATE: All construction has been completed for this project.

There will be a right lane closure on I-20 eastbound, approximately 1 mile in length, from the Civic Center on-ramp Exit 117C to 500' past Monroe off-ramp Exit 118A. During this closure, the I-20 Civic Center on-ramp, Exit 117C, will be closed. These nightly closures will be starting on Monday, August 13th from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Anticipated completion is Friday, August 17.

The purpose of this closure is to allow for the removal and replacement of a continuous section of damaged concrete roadway barrier rail and guard rail.

Permit / Detour section
Restrictions: There will be a 10' width restriction on the Monroe off-ramp Exit 118A. The left lanes in the I-20 eastbound direction will remain open.
Detour: No formal detour route has been established.
