The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that LA 497, Glenmora, Rapides Parish, will be closed at the Union Pacific Railroad track. The work is being done at milepost 0.030 and is on control section 840-08.
The alternating lane closures will begin on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM and again on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM. The lane closures is for LA DOTD to adjust the approaches on the Union Pacific Railroad.
Permit/Detour section
The roadway will be open to all traffic during this time.
All emergency agencies will be notified of the lane closure.
