US 80 in Monroe, LA, from the interchange of US 80 and LA 139 to the interchange of US 80 and LA 594, will experience lane closures from Monday, September 16, 2013 to Sunday, September 22, 2013 while construction crews resurface the roadway and construct new shoulders.  The lane closures will occur between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
