The Oak Grove Downtown Development will close LA 2 (Main Street) from the junction of LA 17 and LA 2 to the intersection of LA 2 and Koerner Street (for approximately three blocks) in the Town of Oak Grove to traffic for the Jesse James Outlaw Roundup Festival, to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  All traffic control of the festival will be the responsibility of the Oak Grove Downtown Development including all traffic control devices and the necessary detours.  Detours around the site will be as follows:  Traveling east on LA 2, detour right (south on LA 17) for 1 block, detour left (east) on Marietta Street to Koerner Street, turn left (north) on Koerner Street and travel 1 block to LA 2.  Traveling west on LA 2, detour left (south) on Koerner Street and travel 1 block to Marietta Street, turn right (west) on Marietta street to LA 17, turn right (north) on LA 17 and travel 1 block to LA 2. Traveling north on LA 17, detour right (east) on Marietta Street to Koerner, turn left (north) on Koerner Street and travel 1 block to LA 2. Traveling south on LA 17, detour left (east) on Marietta Street to Koerner Street, turn left (north) on Koerner Street and travel 1 block to LA 2.
