Road Closure - LA 442: TANGIPAHOA RIVER BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, TANGIPAHOA PARISH, STATE PROJECT H.013052

UPDATE:
The LA 442 Tangipahoa River Bridge, located 3.5 miles east of US 51 and 2.5 miles west of LA 443, is RESCHEDULED to be closed to through traffic on Thursday, July 5, 2018, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (weather permitting), while crews mobilize pile driving equipment for test pile installation. The bridge will be re-opened on July 6, 2018.
DETOUR:
Eastbound motorists will take US 51 and travel South to LA 1064, then east to LA 443, then north to re-intersect with LA 442.
Westbound motorists will take LA 443 and travel South to LA 1064, then west to US 51, then north to re-intersect with LA 442.
