LA 83 at the BNSF Railroad Crossing, 0.5 miles south of LA 182, in Baldwin will be closed on Thursday, May 24, for railroad repairs.

The work is estimated to take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting.

The detour will consist of US 90, LA 3211 and LA 182.
