Westbound & Eastbound Claiborne Ave (LA 39) at the Judge Seeber Bridge in the Lower Ninth Ward; alternating lane closures with at least one lane to remain open Thursday, April 19th, from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM while crews repair guardrails; weather permitting.
These closures will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction/maintenance site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
