West Bank Expressway eastbound between the Lafayette Street exit-ramp and entrance-ramp There will be alternating right and left lane closures on Monday 8/19/2013 between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM on the  to unload temporary concrete barriers onto the inside and outside shoulders.

Both shoulders will remain closed from 8/20/2013 thru 9/20/2013 while work is performed on the concrete guard rails.
