The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be alternating lane closures on LA 3177 (Atchafalaya River Highway) in the northbound and southbound directions under the I-10 overpass beginning Monday, April 2 until Friday, May 18, to allow crews to repair, clean and paint the I-10 overpass.

This work is estimated to take place daily from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., weather permitting.

The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12 foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
