**LANE CLOSURE** LA 616 - Arkansas Road in West Monroe between Hicks St. and West Highland Avenue is closed and expected to reopen around 12:30 pm today, Thursday, 3/22/2018 for pot hole repair. The traffic was closed both directions around 10:45 am this morning.
