***UPDATE***ROAD NOW OPEN***

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the Pontoon Bridge on LA 91 (Estherwood Highway) will be closed beginning Thursday, March 22 at 8 a.m. until Tuesday, March 27 at 4 p.m., for repairs and modifications to the pontoon and north apron.

The detour route during the closure will include US 90, LA 13 and I-10.
