Lafayette, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the westbound outside lane of Evangeline Thruway will be closed between Sixth Street and Eighth Street on Friday, March 9, for the removing of tree limbs.

This closure is estimated to take place from 1 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
