UPDATE - REOPENED: LA 164 in Webster Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 164, between Doyline and Sibley in Webster Parish, has been REOPENED.
DOTD reminds motorists to use extreme caution when driving through areas where high water may be present.
