US 190, 1/10 of a mile East of JCT LA 1026, will have single lane closures with flagging operations on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (weather permitting).  These lane closures are necessary while crews perform concrete box culvert construction and other related work.

To avoid the construction zone, motorists may take LA 447 to I-12 to LA 16 (Denham Springs) to US 190 as an alternate route.
