Update: The US 165 Business Overpass (Lea Joiner Expressway) in Monroe, Louisiana has been RE-OPENED as of 11:45 AM, January 17, 2017.

Due to the potential for wintery weather and icy conditions, the US 165 Business Overpass (Lea Joiner Expressway) in Monroe, Louisiana, Ouachita Parish has been closed as of 7:38 AM, January 16, 2018. The overpass will remain closed until wintery weather conditions are no longer a threat.
