Due to the potential for wintery weather and icy conditions, the I-20 Eastbound On-Ramp from Layton Ave. in Monroe, Louisiana, Ouachita Parish has been closed as of 9:50 PM, January 15, 2018. The On-Ramp will remain closed until wintery weather conditions are no longer a threat.
