The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that LA 493, Cloutierville, Natchitoches Parish, will be closed at the Union Pacific Railroad track. The work is being done at milepost 2.960 and is on control section 835-03.
The closures will start on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 7:00 AM with a re-opening to traffic at 7:00 PM on Saturday, January 20, 2018. The closure is for Union Pacific Railroad to replace the cross ties thru the crossing.
Permit/Detour Section
The roadway will be closed completely to all traffic during this time.
Detour Route:
There is no detour for LA 493.
All emergency agencies will be notified of the road closure.
