The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that LA 119, Cloutierville, Natchitoches Parish, will be closed at the Union Pacific Railroad track. The work is being done at milepost 13.541 and is on control section 118-03.
The closures will start on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 7:00 AM with a re-opening to traffic at 7:00 PM on Friday, January 19, 2018. The closure is for Union Pacific Railroad to replace the cross ties thru the crossing.
Permit/Detour Section
The roadway will be closed completely to all traffic during this time.
Detour Route:
The detour will be LA 119 North to LA 1 North to LA 120 West to I-49 South. The detour can accept oversized loads.
The detour route will be identified with proper markings for the general public. All emergency agencies will be notified of the road closure.
