Eastbound and Westbound LA 541(River Road) between Distillery Lane and Destrehan Ave. in Harvey, alternating lane closures with flagmen beginning Tuesday, January 16, 2018 until Friday, January 19, 2018 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day for pipe bridge work.
