Update: The I-20 Eastbound on-ramp from Layton Ave. in Monroe, Louisiana has been RE-OPENED as of 10:30 AM, January 12, 2017.

Due to the potential for wintery weather and icy conditions, the I-20 Eastbound On-Ramp from Layton Ave. in Monroe, Louisiana, Ouachita Parish has been closed as of 3:50 AM, January 12, 2018. The On-Ramp will remain closed until wintery weather conditions are no longer a threat.
