Update: LA 865 in Franklin Parish is open to all vehicular traffic.
DOTD appreciates your patience while the Town of Winnsboro repaired the water leak.
LA 865 in Franklin Parish is immediately closed beginning Thursday, December 28, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. through Thursday, January 4, 2018, at the intersection of US 425 for appoximately 50 feet to the intersection of LA 865 and Carver Street in the town of Winnsboro due to an emergency water leak.
The Town of Winnsboro is estimating for the water leak repair to be completed by Thursday, January 4, 2018.
Detour Route:
US 425 to LA 3201.
