US 61 (Airline Hwy) @ Greenwell Springs Rd East,Baton Rouge Parish, Emergency Closure

US 61 (Airline Hwy.) will be closed in the Southbound direction at Greenwell Springs Rd. from 6:00 AM, Wednesday, December 20th until 4:00 PM, Friday December 22nd. This closure is necessary for drainage repair operations.

Motorists may detour from US 61(Airline Hwy)Southbound to Greenwell Springs Rd. to Wooddale Blvd. then to Choctaw Dr. back to US 61(Airline Hwy) Southbound. See attached detour map.
