LANE CLOSURE: LA 527 Bridge over Red Chute Bayou in Bossier Parish


The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Monday, December 18, 2017 and Tuesday, December 19, 2017, the LA 527 bridge over Red Chute Bayou, near Taylortown, in Bossier Parish will be restricted to one (1) lane of traffic between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for bridge maintenance repair.

This bridge is located approximately 3.16 miles east of US 71.

Alternate Route: This detour will allow vehicles 15 feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Larger vehicles must detour using US 71, LA 3105 (Airline Drive), I-20, LA 157 and LA 527.

Restrictions/Permits: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
