The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that Briarmeadow Drive at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish will be closed beginning Thursday, October 19 at 7 p.m. until Sunday, October 22 at 7 p.m., weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to complete work related to the ongoing widening of LA 339 (Verot School Rd) project.

The detour route will include Steen Drive and East Farrel Road. Detour signs will be posted.
