The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that on Tuesday, October 10 and Wednesday, October 11, the I-10 Atchafalaya Basin Bridge in St. Martin and Iberville Parishes will have alternating lane closures in the east and westbound directions for a sweeping operation.

This work is estimated to take place from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., nightly, weather permitting.

All permit and oversize loads along with emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass. There are no detours.
