Southbound LA 23 (Franklin Avenue) northbound direction of Franklin Avenue, between its intersections with Cook Street and Virgil Street; in Gretna, starting Wednesday, September 13, 2017, and will last approximately eight weeks. This closure is for work related to the construction of the 4th Street Extension.
This closure will allow vehicles 12 feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone.
