The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public of two upcoming emergency pipe repairs of failed culverts on LA 1203 (Rigolette Rd) in Rapides Parish.
The first location will be repaired on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. LA 1203 will be closed to traffic 1.6 miles North of its junction with US 71 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The second location will be repaired on Thursday, August 3, 2017 and Friday, August 4, 2017. LA 1203 will be closed to traffic 1.2 miles North of its junction with US 71 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.
These repairs are scheduled dependent upon favorable weather. Each location is expected to be reopened at the end of the work day.
Permit/Detour section
The roadway will be closed completely to all traffic between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
