EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE: LA 2 over KCS railroad tracks in Vivian, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 2 over the KCS railroad tracks in Vivian, Caddo Parish, is closed until further notice following a train derailment.
DOTD will advise when the roadway is reopened and safe for travel.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
