LA 1022 (Fore Road), Livingston, Notice of Upcoming Construction, S.P. H.009887

LA 1022 (Fore Road), from JCT LA 16 (Livingston) to JCT LA 1019, in Watson, will be under construction beginning Thursday, June 6, 2013.  This work is expected to be completed in July 2013.  Please be prepared for intermittent delays due to single lane closures with flagging operations beginning on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm daily (weather permitting).  These lane closures are necessary while crews perform pavement patching, perform cold-planing, install new asphalt pavement, and other related work.

This closure will allow vehicles up to 11 feet wide to pass through the construction zone.  The road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles and loads will be under permit restrictions.  To avoid the construction zone, motorists may take LA 16 to LA 1019 as an alternate route.
