OPEN: LA 18 (ST. JAMES PARISH) ROAD CLOSURE

LA 18 (ST. JAMES PARISH) – A road closure will take place on LA 18 beginning Monday, July 10, 2017 extending through Friday, July 21, 2017. Traffic will be allowed to detour the construction area via a limestone detour road at the site.
The closure will be 1.75 miles north of LA 3219.
The closure is necessary to transport equipment from the Mississippi River Bridge to a methane facility.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
