Effective immediately, the following road closures and high water notifications are in place due to heavy rains. The roads will be reopened as soon as conditions improve. UPDATES ARE UNDERLINED AND IN BOLD PRINT.

LA 98 from I-49 to LA 176 (Moss Street)

LA 182 from Prejean Road to LA 726 (Veterans Drive) - NOW CLEAR OF ALL WATER

No other routes are affected at this time. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and avoid the closed areas.
