I-49: between Exit 80 (South MacArthur Dr.) and Mile Marker 95 (near Rapides Station Rd.)

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Thursday June 22, 2017 at 6:00 PM, weather permitting, alternating lane closures will begin on I-49 between Exit 80 (South MacArthur Dr.) and Mile Marker 95 (near Rapides Station Rd.) to allow for striping operations. The roadway will be fully open to traffic every morning by 6:00 AM. The work will consist of restriping and replacing pavement markings along I-49 and the adjacent ramps. The work is expected to be completed by the end of November, 2017.
Permit/Detour section
There are no detours at this time associated with these lane closures.
NOTE: There will be no width restrictions associated with these lane closures.
