LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that Rue Louis XIV at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish, will be closed beginning Friday, June 9, at 7:00 a.m. until Wednesday, June 14, at 6:00 am, weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to complete road work related to the ongoing widening of LA 339 (Verot School Road) project.

The detour route will include Kaliste Saloom Road and Camellia Boulevard. Detour signs will be posted.
