****UPDATE: LA 577, which was closed on June 12, 2017, will be reopened Friday July 6, 2017.****
UPDATE: The closure of LA 577 has been postponed until Monday, June 12, 2017 and a tentative reopening of June 23, 2017.
Beginning Monday, June 5, 2017, LA 557 will be closed 0.6 miles west of its junction with LA 17 in Darnell, LA. It is tentatively set to reopen Friday, June 16, 2017. This closure is required to replace a culvert under the roadway.
PERMIT/DETOUR
The detour route will be LA 585, LA 588, and LA 17.
