The closure for Briarmeadow Road at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road) has been CANCELLED due to weather conditions. It will be rescheduled at a later date, to be announced. Thank you for your patience.
LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will be closing Briarmeadow Road, at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish, beginning Tuesday, May 30 at 7:00 a.m. until Thursday, June 8 at 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.
The closure is necessary to complete concrete paving operations related to the ongoing widening of LA 339 (Verot School Road) project.
The detour route will include Steen Drive and E. Farrel Road. Detour signs will be posted.
