LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that Lozes Avenue at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish, will be closed to traffic beginning Thursday, May 18, at 6:00 a.m. until Tuesday, May 23, at 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to complete work related to the ongoing project to widen LA 339 (Verot School Road).

The detour route will include Nariede Street and Fabiola Avenue. Detour signs will be posted.
