LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that Briarmeadow Drive at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish, will be closed beginning Thursday, May 18 at 7 a.m. until Thursday, June 1 at 6 p.m., weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to complete concrete paving operations related to the ongoing widening of LA 339 (Verot School Road) project.

The detour route will include Steen Drive and East Farrel Road. Detour signs will be posted.
