LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that Chastant Boulevard at its intersection with LA 339 (Verot School Road), in Lafayette Parish, will be closed to traffic beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 27 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, weather permitting.

The closure is necessary to complete work related to the ongoing widening of LA 339 (Verot School Road) project.

The detour route will include Lozes Avenue and Nariede Street. Detour signs will be posted.
