ST. MARTINVILLE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that LA 96 (East Bridge Street), between New Market Street and Pinaud Street, will be closed on Thursday, April 6, for emergency bridge repairs.

The work is estimated to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The detour route will include LA 347, LA 92 and LA 31.
