AMELIA, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that the Amelia Bridge on LA 182 over Bayou Boeuf will be closed on Monday, March 27, for routine bridge inspections.

The work is estimated to take place from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The detour route will include Duhon Boulevard, US 90 and LA 662. Detour signs will be posted.
