Vermilion Parish – LA 82 (Forked Island Bridge) – Alternating Lane Closures for Bridge Inspection

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that on Monday, March 20, LA 82, the Forked Island Bridge, will have alternating lane closures to perform routine bridge inspections.
The work is estimated to take place from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 10-foot roadway restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
