LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that the westbound lanes of Kaliste Saloom Road at US 90 (Evangeline Thruway) will be closed on Sunday, March 5, for railroad repairs.

The work is estimated to take place from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The detour will consist of LA 182 (University Avenue), LA 182 (Pinhook Road) and LA 339 (Verot School Road).
