RE-OPENING: LA. 1019, BETWEEN LA 16 AND LA 1024 (HUNSTOCK RD.), LIVINGSTON PARISH

LA 1019 between Hwy 16 and LA 1024 (Hunstock Rd.) will RE-OPEN at 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2017.

LA 1019 will be closed between Hwy 16 and LA 1024 (Hunstock Rd.) beginning Monday, January 23, 2017 through Monday, January 30, 2017 (weather permitting) due to the replacement of a damaged cross drain from the August flood event. The repair will take place at mile post 1.50.
Message boards have been placed at LA 1019 and Hwy. 64 and LA 1019 and Hwy. 16 to prepare and remind drivers of the closure and will remain for the duration of the closure.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and equipment.
