The right (outside) lane as well as the auxiliary lane, on I-12 Westbound from the East End of the Tchefuncte River Bridge (Mile Point 61.2) to the LA 21 Interchange (Mile Point 59.49) will be closed beginning at 9:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2013 for the installation of cantilever signs.  The closure will continue nightly (between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.) on the Westbound side of I-12.  All work (weather permitting) is expected to be completed by 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.  ONE LANE WILL BE OPEN AT ALL TIMES, AND THE ON/OFF RAMPS AT LA 21 AND PINNACLE PARKWAY WILL REMAIN OPEN.

Permits:  By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night.  Emergency vehicles will have access.

Detour Info: Westbound motorists can exit at US 190 and travel South for approximately 2.5 miles to LA 22.  Then travel West on LA 22 for approximately 4.25 miles to the Junction of LA 21.  Continue North on LA 21 for approximately 3.5 miles to the intersection of I-12 Westbound.
